Meet Briana
I’m a licensed real estate broker in Oregon, supporting clients with their commercial real estate needs. I’m also a CPA with over 14 years of business, accounting, and finance experience. While I got my start working for public accounting firms, I’ve always loved the community and innovation of small businesses. After gaining years of experience on the private industry side of accounting and finance, I made the leap to building my own small business and ultimately working in commercial real estate brokerage. I draw on all three chapters of my accounting career to deliver services that are truly tailored to your real estate and business needs. Out of the office, you’ll find me playing at the park with my son, practicing yoga, or drinking a good cup of coffee.

Brokers are compensated by commissions when the deal or transaction is completed. Typically, the Seller or Landlord pay the fee to both the Seller/Listing Broker and Buyer/Tenant Rep Broker. There are times when this is not the case and the Buyer or Tenant may need to support compensating the broker for their time. This is discussed prior to starting a project.
